Born on 1 September 1986, Emanuel Maga began his musical career because he wanted to share his passion for electronic music with others. “When I was young, I used to listen to the local radio late night mixes and I was overwhelmed by those cool vibes and strange lead lines that were filling my heart with warmth and joy, so I thought: I would love to do this! I want to do this! I CAN DO THIS!”
He’s ambition and passion for music made him want more, so in 2003 Emanuel started creating music, learning the secrets from other artists. Nowadays, he spends most of his time producing in the studio and recently graduated from Point Blank Music School as he has completed his Ableton Live Diploma Course.
Asked about why he chose to study at Point Blank, he said: “I have always wanted to study music and learn from professionals. The Ableton Live Diploma courses, taught me everything I needed to know to become an artist, from sound design to self-promoting.”
Music plays an essential role in his life. All these years, artists like Fedde le Grand, Danny Tenaglia, Celeda, Iio, Faithless, Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Axwell, Timo Maas, Robbie Rivera and Azzido da Bass have influenced, inspired and motivated him to continue his growth as an artist. Talking about his plans for the future, he mentioned launching a series of projects that will be released next year.
